The pirates have been transporting down alien entities from the damaged ship in orbit around the station. You have already met samples of the race (scans show they are present in the sector you entered when you arrived here) but they seem to have some sort of ability to block my sensors, so I hadn't perceived them before. I sensed them on the orbiting ship, I believe, because they were occupied with the pirates. I still have not been able to bring outgoing communications systems online, but all incoming traffic from Club Med Antares indicates that the AI there still has no knowledge of their existence, although in all likelihood, they were present inside his facility.
I have used the chips you collected to repair both the power management circuits and the teleport control. However, I have not been able to recalibrate the system, so I may not be 100% successful in bringing you exactly where you are needed next.
There are experiments being performed upon the new aliens by the pirates. I will attempt to transport you to the medical facility, so that you can see firsthand what has been happening.
